🧘‍♂️ New Gentle Hatha Yoga Class – Now in Blackburn! 🧘‍♀️

We’ve just launched a brand-new Gentle Hatha Yoga class designed especially for beginners. The class runs every Friday evening from 7:15 to 8:30 PM at Ainsworth Body Science in Blackburn.

🌿 Mats are available to hire free of charge.
🌿 You can either drop in or book in advance through the Ainsworth Body Science website (link below).
🌿 There are still spaces available, so come along and give it a try!

The class is taught by Shine, one of the leading yoga instructors in the region. He teaches at the well-known Tessa Clemson Studio in Great Harwood, runs Park Yoga in Queen’s Park, (which attracts over 100 people every Sunday!), recently highlighted in Burnley Lifestyle magazine . Shine also teaches in multiple studios across Lancashire.

With over 14 years of experience, Shine combines traditional Hatha Yoga with the principles of yoga therapy, focusing on breathwork, alignment, mindful movement, and overall wellbeing.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or just looking for a gentle, grounding practice — this class is for you.
