A very proud moment in Stormont this week as the All-Party Group on General Practice launched. The first APG dedicated to General Practice across the whole of the UK!

The new APG will provide a platform for open dialogue, collaboration and information sharing to support the future of general practice. Members will be able to discuss the topics that matter most for patients, GPs and Practice Staff, to influence and inform decision making.

A huge thanks to all MLAs and partners who joined us to support!

'The launch of the All-Party Group on General Practice is a vital step forward. It creates a new space where the voices of GPs, patients and communities can be heard. Engagement is key to shaping a primary care system that works for everyone' - Dr Ursula Mason, RCGP NI Chair
