Managing Withdrawal Symptoms?

Congratulations, you’ve taken the first step to overcoming alcohol addiction. 💪 But let’s be real, the journey can be tough, especially when dealing with withdrawal symptoms like headaches, anxiety and insomnia.

The good news is you’re not alone, and there are ways to navigate this!

Here are some tips to help:

Seek Professional Help: Consulting with healthcare professionals means you have the support and guidance specific to you.

Stay Hydrated and Nourished: Eating well and drinking plenty of water can help with physical symptoms.

Lean on Your Tribe: Friends, family or support groups can offer support and understanding.

Practice Relaxation: Meditation, deep breathing or gentle yoga can help with stress and anxiety.

⭐Non-alcoholic beer can still contain up to 0.5% alcohol😮, which can be risky for certain groups, including pregnant women, people in recovery, and those on specific medications.
