Did you know that today is World Patient Safety Day?

Here at Springhill Education, we are dedicated to delivering training that ensures those who care for others are competent and knowledgable, always knowing how to keep their patients safe!

Those who care for someone at the end stages of life may often need to use a syringe pump. The correct administration and maintanence of this is essential to keeping the patient as safe and comfortable as possible.

On Tuesday we had our Oral Care training Session and the lovely Amanda McLaughlin, the Oral Care Improvement Lead at Rochdale Public Health shared the importance of caring for a person's mouth and teeth when they are in the end stages of life.

MEET OUR EDUCATION TEAM!

Our team of five has decades of experience in palliative care, and their roles have varied over the span of their careers; but have all centred on patient care. Starting out as Nurses or Healthcare Assistants, our Team has developed their passion for end of life care and the importance it serves, which has lead to all of them being a part of this award winning Team!
