Face and foot Reflexology treatments available at the Lavender Room in Wootton Northampton
I qualified as a nurse in 1999 and worked for 10 years in an intensive care unit followed by time caring for people in the oncology centre undergoing chemotherapy. My nursing experience led me to change direction and develop my interest in helping people through a natural holistic approach whilst still able to apply my nursing knowledge. I became interested in reflexology after taking my daughter as a baby to see a reflexologist and then having regular treatments myself I realised the health benefits of reflexology. I have a genuine wish to help improve the well being and vitality of my clients and I always aim to leave you feeling relaxed and revived.

I did it !! Swam Windermere 11 miles end to end!!
A huge thank you to Chillswim
I only started outdoor water swimming three years ago, and their organised events have made it possible to get the triple crown - Coniston, Ullswater and Windermere in the year I turned 50!
Thank you to the wonderful volunteers who looked after me at the end🤍
Thank you to the amazing safety team, especially Sue who gave me so much encouragement in the last few miles 🤍
Thank you to the talented photographer who captured my exit perfectly 🤍

Why do I love cold water so much?! Because it’s given me the confidence to love my body. I’ve never worn a bikini but turning 50 I thought why the hell not!!! So on my recent trip to Scotland I did!
When you are surrounded by cold water enthusiasts your age, s*x , size and swimming ability are irrelevant….you share a love for the cold and the thrill it gives you.
Join me retreat on 22nd June where I will be supporting you in the water!
