If you are seeking more ways to support your health and wellbeing, then you may want to save this date to learn more about the healing potential you literally hold at your fingertips and how you can connect with it to support yourself from here on.

This basic Hand Mudras workshop offers a fun opportunity to explore, and discover simple yet effective self-empowering techniques that you can also share with friends and clients.

Please see the attached flyer for more information on this workshop, which will start with a couple of energising Chi Kung moves and end with a short Yoga Nidra Meditation.

Brave hot coals for a fundraising Firewalk challenge in Russell Square on Wednesday March 30th.

This fundraising event is being planned by Women + Health Camden which provides complementary and alternative medicine therapies and counselling for Camden residents and survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence. (please visit https://www.womenandhealth.org.uk/our-philosophy/ for more information of the centre and what it does).

The Firewalk will be an energising and empowering experience for all fundraisers / participants, with a motivational prep talk before and much cheering on during the walk. It will also be quite a spectacle to watch with red hot embers against the night sky. We expect a good audience of participants’ families, friends and sponsors, our Women + Health community, local people and passers-by.

Join our small, friendly women's group. Every Wednesday via Zoom.
London Time: 6.30pm Duration: approx 60mins
Cost: £5 per session

​This is a very relaxing guided meditation that can take you into a state somewhere between sleep and wakefulness.

It is best done lying down (but can also be done in a seated position with back supported against something solid and legs stretched out).

That is why I love Sekhem from day dot.
It is giving and receiving at the same time.
The giver gets that Sekhem glow after, as well as the receiver 🙏🏽
