I have not lost my calisthetic training skills yet despite the lack of training due to this pandemic crisis, as people queue to get into their gyms now.

I cancelled my gym membership, I am making the most of this summer days and use my local outdoor gym.

I am wearing my PPE As I want to look after my patients, making them feel comfortable and safe, I reduce any risk of contact by asking all question require to cover the covid-19 so I am sure that I am not at risk neither my patients. Appt available for osteopathy, online consultation,,personal training(outdoor training).

Hello this was me back 2012 volunteering for the Arthritis association.
