Where’s your head at?

We offer support with talking therapies, meditations and more. Particularly during these new and strange times. If you are feeling overwhelmed, isolated, really down or lonely, missing family and friends or going through a bereavement please book an appointment with us. As we have a lived experience of mental ill-health we truly understand the overthinking or the other extreme of disconnection. No Judgement. No belittling. No patronising. Just Listening and talking.

We work on a donation fee with a maximum payment no more than £35.00 per session.

Skype, Messenger, Whatsapp, telephone call or email. You choose as you are in control and you choose the frequency of your contact with us.
