My Inspiration for Aum Tara Ayurveda
At some point in people’s lives questions may arise. ’What is my purpose in life? Where am I going?’ There is no simple or clear cut answer to these questions. And the answer may also change with time and experience. I found myself asking these questions during my early medical training. As a Junior Doctor I worked in one of London’s busiest A&E’s, with repeat
ed week long night-shift’s, weekends and other anti-social hours, the stress, pressure and perpetual tiredness accumulated. To re-energise and regenerate the faith in myself and my purpose, I practiced simple meditation and made lifestyle changes. The mantra of White Tara had a profound effect on me. This prayer offers healing for the mind and body and is especially good for health, healing and longevity. My conclusion, for order and reason in life, there must be order and reason in conjunction to the whole self and this has led to the founding of Aum Tara Health Consultancy.
