Another win in the bag for women yesterday away at women.
64-0 the final score after a clinical performance.
Big thank you to for capturing the few moments I was called upon yesterday afternoon!
I go with the Men’s team away to York on Sunday whilst the women take on local rivals Castleford at Home and a 2pm kick off!

Highly recommended!!

New for January.

A 5 week course perfect for those who are curious about yoga but have maybe been a little worried about joining a class.
The course of 5 60 minute classes will cover some of the more well known postures ( asana) , those great for general flexibility and mobility, each class will include some breathwork ( pranayama). There will also be a little yoga philosophy in there for those interested in the history of yoga.
The block of 5 classes is £35
(Individual sessions are £8 )
