This Sunday at the Cookham Gravity Grand Prix, our very own Dave will be defying the laws of speed and physics... on a mobility scooter.
While others fly downhill at great speed in crazy homemade go-karts, Dave will be cruising at a pace best described as “leisurely” 😊
Come cheer him on as he bravely tackles the course one gentle roll at a time. There will be lots of lovely food stalls available, as well as the legendary beer & wine tent.
Let’s make sure Dave has the biggest crowd and the loudest support! Racing starts at 1pm and proceeds from the event go to Thames Valley Air Ambulance and other local causes.

Had a lovely day working in our charity shop today. Welcomed our first attendees to our Talkin' Tables who had a great chat, a cup of tea and some biscuits. Please do come along on a Thursday morning.

Is it too early to think about Christmas presents? This incredible collection of jigsaw puzzles came in today so I think not.
