✨ Your body is always speaking—it just doesn’t always use words.
Pelvic tension is often your body’s way of saying, “I’m stressed, I need support, I need calm.”

The good news? 🌿 Once you notice the signs, you can start to release them.
With breathwork, gentle core connection, and supportive movement, you can begin to feel lighter, calmer, and more at home in your body.

💌 If this resonates with you and you’d like guidance on where to start, send me a message—I’d love to support you.

When you’re living with pelvic pain, even small changes can make a big difference. It’s not about pushing through or doing everything perfectly, it’s about gentle, consistent habits that support your body.

Here are 5 things that can help ease pelvic pain:
🌬️ Breathe through movement to reduce pressure on your core & pelvic floor
🌿 Listen to your body instead of ignoring pain signals
🪑 Sit with support to ease strain on your pelvis & back
⚖️ Balance strengthening with relaxation
💛 Move gently and consistently to build confidence & calm your nervous system

These little shifts can add up over time—helping you move with less pain, more ease, and more trust in your body. 💛

So many women are told pelvic pain is “just something you have to live with.” But stress and tension play a huge role in how your body feels.

When you’re stressed, your nervous system stays on high alert, your muscles tighten, and your pelvis often becomes a place that holds tension. This can make pain worse, even if nothing else has changed.

The good news? Calming your nervous system through breathwork, gentle movement, and relaxation can ease tension and bring relief. 🌿

As a physiotherapist of 16 years and someone who has experienced pelvic pain myself, I know how overwhelming it can feel. But managing your pelvic pain is possible. 💛

💌 If you’re struggling and don’t know where to start, message me or email amy@spaceforher.co.uk I’d love to help.

✨ Pilates is powerful, but when you’re living with back pain, pelvic pain, or the fear of movement, sometimes it doesn’t feel like enough.

It combines:

There was a time when my body felt like it was working against me.

Back pain. Pelvic pain. Fear of movement.
I thought exercise would only make things worse.

But what I discovered was this: the answer wasn’t to push harder, it was to slow down.

🌿 Gentle movement
🌿 Breathwork
🌿 Pilates

Step by step, I rebuilt my strength from the inside out. And over time, I realised something powerful: movement didn’t have to be scary. It could feel safe and supportive.

That’s why I created The Calm Core Method—to give women a space to reconnect with their bodies, calm their nervous system, and build strength without fear.

💛 You don’t need to start with lifting weights.
💛 You don’t need to already feel strong.
💛 You only need to begin where you are.

If you’re ready to move from pain to possibility, I’d love to guide you.
