Nail health serves as an indicator of your overall health.
Look out for changes in the color, shape, texture or thickness of your nails. Nail changes can indicate underlying health problems, such as nutrient deficiencies, infections, or systemic conditions.

Nutrition: A balanced diet rich in vitamins, minerals and protein is important. Nutrients such as biotin, vitamin E, iron, zinc and calcium are particularly beneficial. Foods like eggs, fish, nuts, leafy greens, and dairy products can help keep nails strong.

Hydration: Drinking enough water helps keep nails hydrated, preventing them from becoming brittle, dry and prone to breaking.

Good nail hygiene is important: Keep your nails clean and dry to prevent the growth of bacteria and fungi. Trim your nails regularly using a soft file to shape them in one direction. Avoid biting or pulling your nails as this can damage the nail bed.

Moisturize and protect: Moisturize nails and cuticles regularly with a nourishing oil or cream. It helps prevent dryness and keeps nails flexible.

Hello, my name is Aiga, and I am a Certified Scenar Therapist and fully Insured.

My holistic health approach has started many years ago due to the health of my daughter. Regular visits to the doctors and enormous prescriptions of antibiotics made me to start looking into alternative medicine.

From then my first choice always will be homeopathy. I believe that orthodox medicine weakens the body and immune system. Complementary or alternative medicine is the way to maintain health without disturbing the natural flora in the body.
