🕊 September 11th – 24 Years On 🕊

Today, we pause to remember the tragic events of September 11th, 2001.

✈️ 246 people boarded flights that morning.
🏢 2,606 people went to work as usual.
🚒 343 firefighters began their shift.
🚓 60 police officers set out on patrol.
🚑 8 paramedics reported for duty.

None of them saw past 10:00am.

💚 In one single moment, life changed forever. As we honour those who were lost, and the bravery of those who tried to save others, may we also remember to hold our loved ones close, cherish each day, and never take tomorrow for granted.

We are saddened to hear of the passing of Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Kent (Katharine Worsley).

Born in Hovingham, near York, she went on to marry the Duke of Kent at the beautiful York Minster in 1961, a moment of pride remembered by many in our community.

Our thoughts are with her family and all who knew and loved her at this time. 💚

❤️ A Personal Tribute ❤️

Recently, we were honoured to arrange a very special and personal funeral for a gentleman who had a lifelong love for Liverpool Football Club.

His coffin, beautifully engraved by Steve Soults, included a heart which has been gifted to his family as a lasting keepsake. Draped with his treasured Liverpool shirt and surrounded by stunning red and white flowers, it was a truly fitting farewell filled with love, meaning and memories.

It was a privilege to help his family create a goodbye that reflected his passions and the life he lived. 💐
