Was a privilege to be ask again to attend one of Adferiad carers events & do a presentation on Mindfulness, and the mental, emotional & physical benefits it can offer any 1 of us 🙏🩷 met some very special people who give up their time to care for loved ones full-time, these events can be a lifeline to them no photos due to confidentiality 🥰

Well what can I say about Saturdays Wellbeing event 🙏💗 phenomenal and so was single 1 or the 14 people who attended. I have taken a couple of days off now after a hectic week preparing for the event. But I will shortly arrange the WhatsApp group we discussed and work through all your feedback sheets and take on board all the comments & suggestions you have given.
I'll be planning another event soon. But think we have to give a massive shout out to Rhoscolyn Chapel & to Sophie for her amazing food she provided us with 🙏💗 thank you for all the private messages of gratitude I have received since Saturday, every 1 made me smile (alot)
