Into The Heart
Over the past 15 years I have been on a journey into the depths of my heart. At times fast, at times slow, the only constant....an intense feeling to come home to myself. To connect with the Love that I know that I am. Through this exploration I have discovered many tools that when practiced with intention, dedication and enthusiasm - allow for powerful transformation. The Alchemy of Love (formerly GreenHeartYoga) is an offering from my heart to yours. It is a business anchored in Service, that has flourished from a strong feeling to help others to “feel the Love” through the tools that have worked in my own unfolding. Services offered are: Meditation, Aligning to Love Coaching, Breathwork, Yoga, Essential Oil Wisdom and Guidance, Cacao Ceremonies and Mentoring. You’ll find weekly classes, monthly classes, workshops, retreats and 121’s. Everything I offer in a class or worksop setting is also available as 121’s or in a private group by request. Integrity is very important to me and therefore I only teach from experience, sharing and teaching from my own practice, understanding and embodiment. My Spiritual training began in 2006 with the most loving, embodied and wise teachers - Pancho and Beatrix. My yoga teacher training was taken in the homeland of Yoga, India and I hold a 500 RYT. I now study with my Guru, Mother Ocean on a weekly basis - all areas from Meditation, Mantra, Affirmation, Universal Principles, Divinity and SO MUCH MORE. I am eternally grateful and humbly bow to Mother Ocean for all that she has bestowed upon me. I am not connected to one particular lineage of yoga or faith. I believe the most powerful force in the Universe is LOVE. I draw my offerings from anywhere that I have experienced connection and transformation. If you are looking to develop a spiritual practice, cultivate an existing one, sit in ritual and ceremony, connect with your heart nature, be still enough to hear the whispers of your Soul, align with Love or harness the alchemical offerings of our Earth - It would be my honour and joy to stand beside you.
