There’s still time ⏳ Humanity needs to heal our trauma ASAP, but it means each of us doing our individual work:

By each of us, I mean those attuned to the moral imperative of healing and restoring regulation to our individual nervous systems…WE are the healing humanity has been waiting for.

The crazy thing is that eating incredibly healthy and exercising will still not inoculate you from the toxic stress that is trapped in your nervous system. It will help a bit, but pending the severity of things from the past, it won’t be enough.

We need to UNDERSTAND what’s happening in our bodies (through the nervous system lens) and we need PRACTICAL EXERCISES that enable us to work directly with our own biology.

Do you know the 4 Fs of survival? Anything trying to help you survive or protect you cannot be “bad” but of course, these behaviours have consequences in the long run, some more than others. Honour your survival responses, but then find ways to bypass them so they don’t hijack your life.
