Held on the 1st Sunday of the month at Cranham Social Hall, Front Lane from 6-8pm- including free parking ❤️

What to expect:
45 minutes restorative slow flow yoga
45 minutes of guided meditation, reiki healing, sound bowl & shoulder massage with essential oils

Thank you to every student who showed up to my classes this year, I started teaching early this year and I can’t believe how many classes I’ve taught and how many new beautiful people I’ve met 🤍
Your energy, trust, and presence made each class what it was. I’m endlessly grateful to share this practice and this space with you.

At the beginning of my classes I always invite people to set an intention, why?
Taking a quiet moment to set an intention, your sankalpa, can completely shift the way you move through your practice. In traditional yoga, a sankalpa isn’t a goal or a wish; it’s more like a promise to yourself. Something simple and true, like “I choose patience” or “I honor my body today.”

When you pause to choose that intention, you give your practice a direction.
It’s a reminder that yoga isn’t just about stretching or strength. it’s about remembering who you want to be, both on and off the mat.

✨ Reintroducing Myself ✨

Hi everyone 👋 I thought it was time for a little reintroduction!

I’m Irene, I first found yoga during the Covid lockdown. What started as a way to ease my anxiety soon became a life changing practice that brought me calm and balance.

In January 2025, I completed my Yoga Teacher Training, and soon after, I trained in Pregnancy Yoga, a journey that beautifully aligns with my work as a midwife 🤍 Bringing together my two worlds, midwifery and yoga, has been such a joy!

I also love weaving aromatherapy and essential oils into my classes to create a soothing, holistic experience 🌸

I’m currently offering:
1-1 yoga sessions (including pregnancy 1-1s and group pregnancy yoga) at

Group sessions at Cranham Community Centre on Wednesdays 7pm and Saturdays 10am at Cranham Social Hall (link in bio to book)

Hot yoga Mondays 09:45 at .hotyoga.reformer

Hatha yoga at on Sundays 10:15am
