Just to let everyone know that I will be slightly increasing SOME of my Therapy and packages to keep giving you lovely lot the very best!

I have some offers on as usual ( and will continue to each month, so look out for them!) plus NEW SERVICES and pamper packages coming your way. I listen to my lovely clients to bring you new and exciting services such as Lymphatic drainage, pregnancy massage and also bamboo massage this summer!

The increase will be to just some such as;
*Aromatherapy full body massage- for 1 hour £48 or 90 minutes is £75
*Deep tissue back, neck and shoulder massage £55 or 90 minutes for full body is £75
*Reflexology £48
*Indian Head Massage £48
*Indian Head Massage with Tropic Facial (cleanse, tone, moisturiser, Mask, prescriptive to your skin) with a chance to purchase products too- for 90 minutes is £75
*Relaxing Back Massage with Foot massage for 70 minutes £65
*Relaxing Back Massage with Reflexology for 70 minutes £65

It is so important that you think about you, your body and your health! It is an investment, not a 'treat' (although that is nice to do of course.)

Think of it as a body MOT and service! We cant or shouldn't put a price on our wellbeing.

Regular massages are essential to help with muscle tension, posture from sitting at our work desks or scrolling through our phones, prevention from certain ailments, headaches, migraines, body awareness and just general aches, pains and even psychological reasons too. Such as anxiety, sleeping difficulties (due to high stress hormone, cortisol) The list is endless of why and how massage therapy can help.

If we lower the cortisol (flight or flight hormone) and help regulate the body of this, it will then in turn help your body to ease (preventing Dis-ease) of the muscle tension in your body.

Followed by your very own prescriptive Tropic Facial which includes a double cleanse, tone, facial serum just for you, then I will apply a mask to help nourish your skin before a beautiful facial massage to help tighten, tone and brighten your complexion! (I love these products! and perfect opportunity to try them out if you haven't already)

I will then work the reflex points on both of your feet to help with rebalancing all of your body systems to bring you a deep sense of calm.

Have you tried Tropic products yet? If not then you definitely should! I used different ones through the years and never quite got it right until I started using tropic. I love the smells, the textures, how they feel on the skin and they are all free from the nasty chemicals too! All natural.
I use them in my therapies such as facials, to give that luxurious pamper feeling. Ask me for a catalogue or more info on how to try before you buy. Im also happy to hold a party of 6 ladies at your home too.
