Huge congratulations to Dr Milne, who smashed the Manchester Half Marathon with a brilliant time of 1:46:04! 🕒

Dr Milne ran to raise funds for Defibrillators Save Lives, helping us continue to install and maintain a lifesaving defibrillator at Saddleworth Medical Practice ❤️⚡

Today we Celebrate International Day of Older Persons.

Older people are important because they contribute significant knowledge, skills, and experience to their communities and families.

Older adults serve as mentors, assist with intergenerational learning and passing on practical skills, life lessons, and cultural knowledge to younger generations. This exchange of knowledge fosters social skills like empathy and breaks down age-related stereotypes.
