Building Control Surveyors Ltd [BCS] now incorporates a superb design development venue called BCS Teulon the Workshop located in a secure 10 acre parkland location for the exclusive use of its corporate building control portfolio clients. Our originally separate digital imaging and data communications divisions have now been affilated with Apostrophe Designs and currently is linked to Docklands Digital Media. During 2013 we hope to offer even more better value coupled to improved quality service delivery.

NETFLIX : Grenfell : Uncovered. I hope everyone takes timeout to watch the production now on Netflix. Extremely stirring, emotional and shocking. It should remind us all of the role we now have in doing things differently, being accountable, compliant, inquisitive and competent. For designers to continually prove why their designs are compliant. To establish whether they are competent to carry out a specific area of design. For building contractors to reflect - ask yourself "..do I know my job - and can I prove that I am competent to do that job". Early this year I shared the stage at the

6.1.2025_Wow - how busy things will become in 2025 !
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors have approached me today with a request that I participate and provide lead technical oversight and direction for a new national training and certified training course - appraising its structure and relevance for a soon to be offered training course given by the RICS for PRINCIPAL DESIGNERS under the Building Safety Act 2022, and allied legislation. I have agreed to do so and am up to the challenge. Hopefully we will get this much needed certificate course set up quickly to help train and assist in the skills shortage that blights our economy. - Cliff L'Aimable.

A nice start to 2025 : Am happy to learn today that my ongoing technical oversight of nationwide projects driven by the Government Department run by The Right Honourable Liz Kendall - Secretary of State for Work & Pensions has been approved for a second year. I look forward to assisting in providing Building Regulations lead oversight yet again in 2025 to government owned buildings across England.
