✨ This might just be one of the most beautiful and powerful things to come out of AI.

I’ve been seeing this trend everywhere, and I knew I had to share it with you…. because it could be exactly what you need for healing right now.

Every single woman I work with (and yes, this included me too) struggles with self-kindness.

We’re endlessly compassionate with everyone else, but when it comes to ourselves? We judge, criticise, sabotage, and deny the very love, care and comfort we’re longing for.

We crave rest, ease, joy, softness… but then guilt creeps in. We tell ourselves we’re being selfish. A burden. Not deserving.

And when we try affirmations like “I am worthy”, it just bounces off. It doesn’t land.

So here’s what I often invite my clients to do…
Find a photo of yourself as a child, one that tugs at your heart, and look into her eyes. Then ask…

💗 “Does SHE deserve love, happiness, and a beautiful life?”

The answer is always tears… and always “YES, of course”.

That simple photo bypasses resistance and finally lets self-worth IN.

In hypnosis, I can take this further. I guide women to become the “loving parent” their child self always needed. To hug her, reassure her, speak the words she longed to hear.

The transformation is often life changing.

And now? With this AI trend, people are visually creating those healing moments: their adult self comforting their child self.

It’s gone viral because it resonates so deeply. We’re starved for that kind of love and permission.
