This is where fitness comes in. Engaging in physical activity can not only improve our physical health but also boost our mental well-being. Exercise releases endorphins, which can elevate our mood, reduce stress, and increase overall happiness. It also strengthens our muscles, bones, and joints, improving our physical health and reducing the risk of chronic diseases.
