prepared last night 🙌🏻 this mornings delight is all Pistachio & Chia same as yesterday as it was lush 💚 &Me Overnight Oats - Healthy fibre Choice mixed into 0% Protein Yogurt with Vanilla Flav Drops 💧 and layered with fresh chopped Strawberries 🍓

When something has to change in order to get a different result 🤔

Been spending a lot of money on the M&S Stirfry Veg but only using half as couldn’t eat half the veg (Due to IBS) such a waste so bought all the veg I can eat and decided to prep it tonight 💪

Tuesdays and Wednesdays are my most challenging days due to tiredness 😴 so I want a good SP day tomorrow 🙌🏻 and half the battle is prep… 3 days of lush Speed Foods ready to throw in the pan 😍👌
