Happy New Year to you all, I hope that 2026 will bring good health and lots of happiness.
Unfortunately due to price increases for supplies and equipment I have had to raise my prices slightly as I have been holding off doing so for many years as I know the financial impact that it can have. If I didn’t have to do I wouldn’t have done so.
Hopefully this does not mark the end of our self care and wellbeing journey together and that I can continue to support you all as you have continued to support me.

10mins today, as still getting over a major migraine and back flareup. Needless to say yesterday was missed but I will make it up.
There’s 5 days to go and unfortunately think my sponsorships will be staying on £50 which it has been for the majority of the challenge (no medal but did get the T-shirt and the socks)
