What can I say. My two Wednesday 7am clients. Are leaving this area and onto pastures new. I’m so happy for them. They have come in every week for the past 4 years. They have achieved so much more than they thought they would. I am so delighted!! But today was a very sad day. As I don’t get to see them every week now. Such a couple. I have loved every minute. Have the best time you two. For sure I’m coming down to stay with you both. Can’t wait!

Love love lifting! Seeing the progression, seeing the difference in the body & it makes me feel on top of the world!
We have both been so dedicated this year. We have upped our game & feel amazing.
