17 years of being married to this man . Love love love this man so much.
I love doing life with him.
Yesterday we stayed which we have never done before. It was simply divine. Such a beautiful afternoon, evening, morning.
Thankyou for making our celebrations so memorable.

Been playing around with 28kg strict barbell press’ for a few months. Thought today was the day to go in for 30kg. 3 sets at 30kg. Man number 5 was a toughie each time.
Loving how my shoulders are looking this month. With 8kg lateral raises for 16 reps, 3 sets, added on today for good measure.

Today’s back off weight of 50kg and my last last last set.
It’s all about that position get it right and it’s an absolute dream!
Managed 55kg for 3 reps & 2 sets in my top range today.
Feeling so good!

I’ve never been able to do pull ups and I’ve never had the desire. However one of my clients brought this to me last week as something she’s added into her programme. So I gave it a go.
I have to say I’m pretty chuffed with these. I have now added them into my weekly training programme.

Could not be happier. It was a miserable November day. I was feeling so low in myself. I thought right, my next project is ME.
I got in touch with .coaching & it was the perfect fit.
We focused on what worked for me with my nutrition. I eat less 6 days a week and then have those calories on a Saturday. This really worked.
Phase 1 = 1 stone of body fat gone, really changed my training effort.
After this we had Christmas and we headed to Sri Lanka.
Phase 2 = Legs started to change & focused hard on more technique and form in lifting.
Then we went to Portugal
Phase 3 = changes in upper shape & got so much leaner. While working hard still on lifting.
Before phase 3 finished we went to Barcelona.
4 months of hard focus has resulted in those pictures taken this morning.
Daily steps 12k ✔️
130g Protein a day ✔️
100% focus on training days ✔️
I feel absolutely incredible. Everything I wanted and more.
More Muscle
Leaner
More confidence
This isn’t me done but I’m loving where I’m at. Thankyou to .coaching for pushing me to my limits. For believing in me. For his focus. I could not have done without you.

Who would of thought, definitely not me!, that I would actually love back squats and leg day!
Filmed myself today to check my form. Pretty happy with it.
Seeing the change in my skin tone & the shape of my legs. Has been a real incentive to make my peace with leg day.

I don’t know how many times we have visited this place now. I want to say 10 times.
We had such a lush time. Eating out, tapas, cava, estrella damm, walking everywhere to see all the sights.
So nice to see the Sagrada Família & again all the changes. Looking so gorgeous. Can never get tired of seeing this.
For the first time we actually visited the beach area. Loved this. Sat enjoying the warm weather, people watching! Love the contrast of the city. Culture, history, city & beach.
We went wild over the past few days and had the best best time. It’s always a good sign when you get emotional about coming home.

🇱🇰🇱🇰🇱🇰 SRI LANKA 🇱🇰🇱🇰🇱🇰
Sri Lanka you were beautiful. We took a 10 day trip. Flight into Colombo. Stayed in Negombo for 1 night, just to rest up. Then onto Giritale to visit Sigiriya rock fortress and climb the lion stairway all the way to the top. The next day we went to Polonnaruwa & saw the many sites on bikes. Then stopped for a farmers lunch at Priyamali Gardens.
Kandy was our next stop. We visited the Dambulla rock cave temple. The cave has ancient statues and paintings depicting Lord Buddha & his life. We visited the old palace & the temple of the sacred tooth relic.
Before leaving Kandy for Ella we visited the botanical gardens. Amazing plants, trees and birds.
Ella we saw the nine arches railway bridge & the train running. Sadly didn’t catch the train. Our drivers clutch needed replacing so we had to stay longer in Kandy.
That evening I twisted my ankle so ed unable to take the hike up Ella’s Rock. James did it with our tour guide. Don’t worry I stuck around the gorgeous hotel and sunbathed.
From here we then went onto Yala via Udawalawe where there is a refuge for baby elephants. So gorgeous to see them all feeding.
Onto Yala National Park. So many animals to see here. Just stunning. We then stayed overnight at Wild Trails. Luxury camping in the jungle. Where for dinner outside surrounded by water buffalo 🐃🐃😳😳
The following morning we got up and left at 0530 & visited Bundala National Park & had a lovely breakfast overlooking the Indian Ocean. We then went onto our final hotel & location.

This hotel, this location, the service, the view, the food it was just a slice of heaven!
The diversity of Sri Lanka was just incredible. We fell in love with the place. The people are just so friendly. They go out of their way to make everything perfect. And the food!!! Well just so nice. If you have not been. You must go.

Part of the main London Marathon event, the TCS London Marathon MyWay is a brilliant virtual event offering people the chance to achieve a marathon challenge without having to pace the pavements of London. You get to choose how you do it, where you do it and even what time you do it ... you ‘just’ need to complete the 26.2 miles on London Marathon Day - Sunday 26th April.

Whether you want to amble along country lanes, power over hills, follow the coast or loop your local park, it is entirely up to you. They would love to hear from you if you are keen. Whether this is something you have always wanted to do, you are looking for the ultimate fitness challenge or simply want to kickstart 2026 with a fundraising focus, this really is the perfect opportunity.
