Would you like a Reflexology treatment for free?
While working with my father about 8 years ago, doing ABM Neuromovement I became interested in Reflexology.
Finally, this weekend I began a course with Tammie at The Wellness Barn.
I need to do some case studies to complete the qualification, so if you would like a free session please pm me and we can organise a time and place.

Monday at the The Wellness Barn!
This week I worked from the Wellness Barn.
I was lucky to be in the room next to The Beauty Angel, with all of her positive energy and healing.
In the tranquil location I introduced a new student to the Anat Baniel Method(ABM) Neuromovement- as I worked with him and explained the method he became much more aware of his body, he smiled as he felt changes in his movement and said that he felt lighter and more grounded when he left. I look forward to seeing him next week and hearing more about how the changes have made a positive impact on his life.

Move, even tiny movements make a difference and matter.
There are Movement opportunities everywhere! Today we were on a walk and stopped at a paddling pool. A welcome break from being in a wheelchair for my son and a movement opportunity. We rocked and moved back and forward, moving his pelvis (and mine) showing him how to use his body to move the water, him being aware of the water moving around his legs and feet. The learning opportunities don’t stop there, we talked about the temperature in and out of the water, the sounds and the smells. 💦😊
