We are looking for caring, reliable support staff to join our growing team across the Oldham and Tameside area.

Flexible opportunities available including school hours and weekend work, with contracts of up to 36 hours available.

✔ Full training provided
✔ Pay rate between £12.75 and £15 per hour
✔ Flexible working opportunities
✔ Make a real difference every day

This is a flexible opportunity ideal for anyone looking to make a real difference while working around their lifestyle.

• Weekend work available
• 4 to 10 hours each weekend
• Some midweek shifts also available
• Full training provided
• Flexible contract
• Minimum £13.50 per hour
• Driving is essential

Meet Tillie 💙

Tillie is one of our caring and supportive team members here at MYAbility and always brings a calm, friendly energy to every day. She loves spending quality time with the people she supports, whether that’s heading out for walks, enjoying a trip to the cinema, going bowling or stopping for a coffee at Costa.

A big fan of reading and comfort food, Tillie’s perfect choice is rag pudding, chips and gravy 🍽️ She is kind, patient and always makes people feel comfortable and listened to.

An amazing achievement for Tillie is that she qualifies as a Children’s Nurse this summer 👏 Her passion for caring for others truly shines through in everything she does and we are so proud to have her as part of the MYAbility family ✨

Meet Michaela 💙

Michaela is one of the friendly faces here at MYAbility and brings such a fun, caring energy to every day with the people she supports. Whether it’s heading out for walks, swimming, trampolining, trips to the park or chatting about the latest true crime documentary, she always makes sure everyone feels included, supported and has a great time.

She’s a huge football fan, loves a good Chinese takeaway, and has shown real strength after having her knee reconstructed. Michaela is kind, positive, easy to talk to and always encourages the people around her to build confidence, try new things and enjoy every moment.

We’re so lucky to have her as part of the MYAbility family ✨
