NEW CLASS ADDED!!
Come and join me each week to awaken your body and calm your mind with our new class MINDFUL MOVEMENT available to all abilities. 3 classes per week with exception of a few Saturdays:
Wednesdays 1pm
Thursdays 6.30pm
Saturdays 11am
This class is a fusion of stretching, mobility, with yoga and Pilates style movements. Each session guides you through gentle flows to leave you feeling balanced, energised and deeply connected with your body. Perfect for anyone looking to move more freely, to enhance their existing training, reduce tension and nurture your well being.
Open to members and non members. Drop in sessions £10. Gym only members contact me direct as these are open to you too.
