Join me for Restorative Yoga - a gentle practice of mindful breathing, relaxation and deep rest.
This is a practice of stillness, where you’ll be gently guided into supportive poses, your body fully held by bolsters and blocks, resting in each pose for 5–10 minutes.
Moving mindfully between each pose, I’ll guide and support you throughout. The class will finish with a guided meditation and savasana, leaving you feeling grounded, renewed, and deeply restored.
