I'm so grateful to receive this beautiful card from a participant of my Journaling for Wellbeing course that finished last week. It’s always rewarding to see how journaling can help others feel more confident in expressing themselves and finding joy in the process. 😊

I’m thrilled to announce that Bring Me To Life- Women's Wellness CIC is sponsoring the Tingley Under 13 Stripes girls’ football team this season, providing them with their new kit! 💚🤍

As the founder of Bring Me to Life, a non-profit dedicated to women's mental health and personal wellbeing, this partnership is especially meaningful. Our mission is to support women in nurturing their mental health and overall wellbeing—and that aligns perfectly with encouraging young girls in sports.

Football isn’t just about staying active; it fosters teamwork, resilience, and confidence, which are all essential to mental wellbeing. We believe in empowering young people to engage in positive, community-driven activities that help them grow both on and off the field.

I’m especially proud to support this team as my own daughter plays for the Tingley Stripes, making this partnership even more special. Together, we’re encouraging the next generation of empowered, resilient girls. 💪⚽
