This is a topic I’m extremely passionate about as a therapist but also as a mum of a son, we have a duty of care to ensure that we educate our sons to be better and that they are as passionate to end violence towards females of any age!

White Ribbon Day, 25th November, is annually recognised as the day men show their year-long commitment to ending violence against women and girls.

The day inspires individuals and organisations to take positive action to challenge harmful cultures and behaviours that lead to violence against women and girls. White Ribbon Accredited and Supporter Organisations and White Ribbon Ambassadors and Champions are vital in driving this culture change.

This woman is a hero, to stand up in court and confront all those “normal” men who r***d and abused her, including the husband she trusted is unbelievably brave! She is right the shame belongs to abusers! I hope she gets lots of support once the trial is over and she gets recognised officially ins own way for standing up for all women and all types of

October is ADHD awareness month……this year I’d like to give a nod to all the families supporting their Children with ADHD and the partners of those with ADHD. It can often be very stressful and emotional living in ADHD households and fighting systems that put barriers in the way for children. They can often be forgotten as the focus for support can often (rightly) be on the ADHDers, but let’s not forget their support systems too! 🫶🏼
