World Obesity Day
Today is a reminder that weight struggles are far more common than many people realise.
In the UK, around 66% of adults are now overweight or living with obesity, and around 30% are clinically obese. �NHS England Digital
Carrying excess weight isn’t just about appearance or willpower. It’s linked to a higher risk of serious health conditions including type 2 diabetes, heart disease, joint problems, some cancers, and mental health challenges. �
