Something is shifting 🌿

Next Friday marks the Spring Equinox, the moment when light and dark are equal. A natural pause, a turning point.

We're marking it together at Reyt Sauna.

An evening of gentle yoga with the wonderful Amy from A Tranquil Soul, wood-fired sauna, optional cold plunge, fireside reiki and a simple intention setting ritual to welcome in the new season. Also includes fresh fruit, healthy energy snacks & hot teas.

What a week at Reyt Sauna ✨️

The week started earlier than usual for us with our Full Moon Breathwork on Tuesday. Clear skies, the moon visible right from the sauna, and a sauna full of folk choosing to slow down and breathe together. What an evening.

Friday through to Sunday our sauna and cold plunge sessions welcomed the people that make Reyt Sauna what it is. Regulars and first timers quietly showing up for themselves week after week.

This weekend we hosted two special events;

💖 Saturday brought the fabulous Amy , a beautiful concept that encourages women to show up solo, and connect with like-minded people in their community. Very relaxed and genuinely warming.

💆‍♀️ Sunday closed the week with sound therapy and contrast therapy with the amazing what a combo, two thing that bring you back to your body and reset you.

Being in a position to collaborate with incredible people, and to create space where people can come together and often try something new, introducing more people to the power on contract therapy- this is why Reyt Sauna exists.
