I would like to introduce you to a wonderful child, Albie! He came to visit his grandfather while our residents were busy making Halloween decorations. Shy, he came and asked if he could make a pumpkin for his grandfather. With great skill and precision, he made one and took it to his grandfather's room, placing it on the table. Then, Albie asked if he could make one for himself, but to take it home with him. During this time, our residents watched and encouraged him, applauding his creation. It was a real pleasure to have him with us. Thank you, Albie! We are waiting for you for the Christmas decorations. ❤️

At Snapethorpe we had a... pink day, all in support of breast cancer awareness. 🎀
The morning was full of colour with music and dancing with Shane, the afternoon with lots of delicious cakes prepared by our kitchen. 🍥🧁🍰🎀

Snapethorpe chose to send a heartfelt message to colleagues Anne and Sarah, who need our support more than ever!
The residents and staff created a panel with their messages to Anne and Sarah! We all miss them and we send them that:

The kitchen provided us with all the ingredients. 🤗💕
We asked our residents if they wanted to participate in the activity.
With enthusiasm we made some Chocolate truffles. You look at the recipe and say it is easy, but it is not at all.

Beautiful day! 🧶🐏🧶🐑
A day trip to the Bradford Industrial Museum was not enough to see everything there was to see. The warm welcome and the staff's enjoyment of working there made our residents want to come back.
Our ladies were delighted to see how the wool they processed on the looms came to life. Tommy was fascinated to see how the sheep he raised on the farm came to produce so much wool. From the Car Collection, everyone chose to take a photo with their favorite car. The tea break brought discussions about the wonderful place we had chosen to spend the day. After this visit, our residents chose McDonald's and then relaxed with tea and cakes, at home on our terrace.❤️
