💚 A gentle reminder for anyone feeling self‑conscious:
I don’t care about:
• Hairy legs or toes
• Dry skin
• Bunions, corns, quirky toes
• No makeup, yesterdays makeup
• Getting emotional
• Falling asleep or snoring
• Talking through your session
• Not talking at all
• Your clothes, wear pyjamas for all I care
• Your body shape
• Feet that have been in boots all day
• Your hair

The list goes on…

Holistic therapy is a space for comfort, regulation and support — not judgement. Turn up feral, moisturised, unmoisturised, glam, bare‑faced — I’m not judging, I’m regulating.

Your only job is to arrive. Everything else is welcome queens 👑

✨ A little story about me ✨
Two years ago, I hit rock bottom. After years in fight‑or‑flight in my job I found rest and my body crashed — it started with vomiting, I lost weight, got anxiety, panic attacks, and then became a recluse. I barely recognised myself.

I chose to fight for my life back. I went to therapy, faced what I’d buried, leaned on loved ones, and tried everything that supported me — meditation, EMDR, nutrition, supplements, movement, Reiki, yoga, reflexology and sound healing. Slowly, things shifted and my nervous system breathed for the first time in years.

Anxiety can be debilitating, but there is hope. Reaching out matters.

I’m grateful for the people who held space for me, and now I’m passionate about doing the same for others in darkness

Anxiety no longer controls my life. My spark is back — and I’d love to help you find yours again✨

Chronic stress shows up in the body in far more ways than people realise 🧠

When the stress response is constantly activated, the HPA axis keeps releasing cortisol and adrenaline — affecting not just how you feel but digestion, hormones, sleep, skin, muscles and immunity.. the whole system.

Symptoms people often don’t realise can be linked to long‑term stress:
⚡ Digestive issues like bloating, reflux, IBS and nausea
⚡ Hormonal disruption, irregular cycles or worsening PMS
⚡ Poor sleep or waking between 2–4am
⚡ Frequent headaches or jaw tension
⚡ Brain fog and poor concentration
⚡ Muscle pain or tension in the neck, shoulders and back
⚡ Skin flare‑ups such as acne, eczema or psoriasis
⚡ Fatigue even after resting
⚡Getting ill more often

One of the aims of reflexology is to help guide the body back toward a parasympathetic state — the place where regulation, repair and recovery can actually happen.

Sometimes the most powerful intervention is simply giving the nervous system space to switch off 💤

I’m just a girl, with her palo santo stick dancing around raising her vibrations for the day ahead. 🤭

Because movement literally regulates your nervous system.
• It activates your ‘calm’ response by telling your body it’s safe
• Burns off excess adrenaline
• Releases stored stress
• Boosts mood by releasing endorphins
• Puts you back into your body

Palo santo also helps me ground and set intention. Before I show up for you I shake off any neggy vibes and have a little fun with it 🧘‍♀️
