An evening focused on knowledge, empowerment and wellbeing in a supportive, uplifting environment.

• The importance of smart nutrition and clean skincare
• Understanding menopause – including brain fog, confidence changes and hormone shifts
• Weight, metabolism & obesity in midlife – medical insight into why it feels harder and what actually works
• The inner voice – understanding how our mind works and how to work with it

This is a truly integrated approach to midlife wellbeing — combining menopause expertise, medical insight into weight and metabolic health, mindset coaching and practical lifestyle support.
