As the weather gets colder, it’s really common for feet to feel a bit numb, chilly or sluggish… Here are a few simple tips to help keep things warm and comfortable:
• Pop on some cosy socks - natural fibres like wool tend to keep warmth in best.
• Keep moving gently - even small ankle circles or a short walk around the room can help get the blood flowing.
• Try not to stay still for too long - a quick stretch or change of position every so often makes a big difference.
Top Tip:
If your hands get cold while you’re working at a computer (a very common complaint!), try keeping a warm drink nearby to wrap your hands around, or use a microwavable hand warmer. Even a few minutes of warmth can help ease stiffness and improve circulation.
