💚 Walk 10k Steps Daily At Least

💚 Strength Train 3-4 Times Per Week

💚 Mobility Training 2-3 Times Per Week

💚 Eat a High Protein (0.75g-1g of protein per 1KG of your body weight as an indication), Nutrient Dense Diet

Having a Career in the Health & Fitness Industry for nearly a Decade, I’ve learnt and applied all the knowledge I know. Best of all I lead by example and would never ask anyone to do what I wouldn’t be prepared to do myself

Walking is the BEST and FREE Exercise that you will ever do in YOUR Life Time, I guarantee it!! 👣

Longevity as you age, so research has shown that Thigh Muscle Mass particularly inversely correlates with dying earlier

➡️Stronger legs mean a longer life.
➡️Weaker legs predicts falls, carer dependence and possibly Nursing Homes

You don’t need fancy equipment like Treadmills or Stair Masters, you can use what you have FREE access to;
💚 Outdoors
💚 Nature
💚 Public Pathways
💚 Steps (anywhere)

Just be mindful that even just walking Uphill builds Muscle Mass that keeps you Independent

Train Using your legs like your Life Depends Upon It … Because It Actually Does 💯

Being Fit & Healthy Is A Sign Of Self Respect 💚

I’m a Mum, Wife, everything in between when “life happens” and in my 40’s era … but let’s face it age isn’t anything other than a number 🩷

I used to make excuses decades ago for not dedicating small increments of time to myself, because the reality was that I was conditioned to feeling guilty if my time was not dedicated to family, friends or work 🥺

I learnt the hard way with a straight path that was taking me to death’s door ⚰️ (literally), till I chose to make a change and a 360 overhaul 🌪️

You are a product of your Daily Habits, Discipline & Mindset. Choose Wisely ❤️
