Did you know that you can track your prescriptions on the NHS App? 💊

you can now track your prescriptions through the NHS App – you do not need to ring the surgery or pharmacy to check if the prescription has been sent.

Almost half of all calls to pharmacies and gp surgeries are about prescription status – this feature helps free up time for you, your pharmacy and gp surgery.

Some pharmacies do notify you when your prescription is dispensed and ready to collect- please wait until you receive a text message.
