🫐 Lemon meringue (1 Swip) 🍋:

Crush two wheat biscuits with fat‑free yogurt to make your base. Add low-Swip lemon-flavoured yogurt and finish with crushed mini meringue and blueberries.

🍫 Chocolate orange (0.5 Swips) 🍊:

Crush two chocolate wheat biscuits with fat‑free yogurt to form your base. Mix fat‑free yogurt with vanilla extract and layer on top. Finish with a drizzle of low‑calorie chocolate sauce and orange segments.

❤️ White chocolate raspberry ️(0.5 Swips) 🍫:

Crush two wheat biscuits with fat‑free yogurt to make your base. Layer on low-Swip white-chocolate flavoured yogurt and finish with raspberries.

🍪 Cookies and cream (3 Swips) 🍓:

Are you going to give it your all… just because it’s January and that’s you always do?

Or are you ready to break the cycle and make this the year you get to target?

Because there’s a difference between starting strong and starting right.

Going all-in for a few weeks, burning yourself out, feeling restricted, then sliding back into old habits, that’s not failure, it’s a pattern. And patterns don’t change unless we do.

This year doesn’t need extremes.
It needs consistency.
Honesty.
Patience.
And choices you can live with in February, March, and beyond.

Target isn’t reached by perfection.
It’s reached by showing up even when motivation dips.
By learning instead of quitting.
By doing things differently when the old way hasn’t worked.

So ask yourself today:
👉 Am I repeating what I’ve always done…
or am I ready to do what actually what works?
