Healing isn’t always graceful. Some seasons are deep breaths and journaling… others are survival mode with caffeine, boundaries, and a very patient nervous system. Both count. 🫶🧠

We’re proud to announce a new project dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by sepsis-related loss which has been funded by the aiM Charity

Through 1 to 1 counselling and monthly group support; Project aiM is to create a safe and compassionate space for people navigating grief after losing a loved one to Sepsis.

No-one should have to face this journey alone.

Ever catch yourself saying “yes” when you really mean “no”?

That’s people pleasing — and it often comes from a deep desire to be liked, accepted, or avoid conflict.

But here’s the truth: constantly putting others first can quietly drain your energy, blur your boundaries, and disconnect you from your own needs.

✨ How to start breaking the cycle:

• Pause before you respond — give yourself space to choose

• Practice saying “no” in small, safe situations

• Check in with yourself: “What do I need right now?”

• Remember: disappointment is not rejection

• Build self-worth that isn’t dependent on others’ approval
