This year’s theme, Science & Innovation, honors the LGBTQIA+ pioneers whose brilliance has shaped medicine, psychology, technology, and research — often while navigating discrimination and invisibility.

From advancing HIV/AIDS care, to redefining gender-affirming healthcare, to pushing boundaries in neuroscience and public health, q***r innovators have always been here… even when history tried to erase them.

As a therapist, I see firsthand how representation, inclusive science, and affirming care save lives.

This month is about celebrating resilience, honoring progress, and continuing to build systems where everyone can thrive.

Let’s uplift the past, protect the present, and innovate toward a more inclusive future. 💛
