That was one hot and sweaty workout🏋️♂️
Just as I was about to up my game in the gym I got poorly.🙈
What has this taught me?
1) Take the time out to rest and recover.
2) 2 weeks off from the gym and I know how much it helps me mentally and encourages me to go out of my comfort zone.
3) Ive come back stronger mentally and physically.
Having a break does not mean it’s going to have a negative effect.
A massive thank you also needs to go out for from for your PT sessions. Thank you for putting up with my nuttiness and keeping me on track. 🤪🙃
