Yesterday morning started our week long cruise, we set sail from England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 to France 🇫🇷 enjoyed baguettes 🥖 for lunch and some music by Ben Heaney

As it is volunteers week we had to throw our own volunteer Gillian a tea party to thank her for her commitment to us here at Wallingford CSS.
Thank you to all the amazing volunteers out there that make such a difference and give up their time 🎉

Today we celebrated the 80th anniversary of VE Day with a tea party, wartime boogie bingo and a war film this morning.
We will remember those who lost their lives for our freedom

It’s been a while since we updated you all what we have been getting up to,
We have celebrated a few big birthdays with a DJ the wonderful Limelight Entertainment can and helped us celebrate Chris’ 40th and George’s 60th
We have been baking cheese and bacon twists. Making trifles, cakes and apple crumble.

Good morning everyone, apologies we have been a bit quiet but we have been busy beavering away.
In Wallingford this month we have done a Wallingford got talent…. Video coming soon.
The 3 judges loved all the acts that were put on. Thanks to Limelight Entertainment, The Dolphin and our volunteer Gillian for judging for us.
We have also been busy baking apple crumble and celebrating Chinese new year! 🧧
