We’re excited to relaunch our ACS group programs for May 🙌

From getting active and cooking up healthy meals, to creative sessions and social outings, there’s something for everyone across the week.

✔️ Tuesdays – Active lifestyle & cooking
✔️ Wednesdays – Art, craft or sewing
✔️ Thursdays – Social day out in the community

All programs run 9am–2pm with pick up and drop off included 🚗

A wholesome, hands-on kind of day at ACS today ✨🐰

We kicked things off getting creative, making our own Easter-themed bunny keyrings 🐇💜 Lots of smiles and pride seeing everyone’s finished pieces come together!

Next up was teamwork and problem-solving with a 3D puzzle 🧩 (and plenty of patience 😅), followed by some relaxed social time around the table.

To finish the day, we headed into the kitchen and baked some homemade dog treats for our girl Bindi 🐶💛

It was truly a team effort today, with both Lindsay and Tracy stepping in to support and make sure everyone had a meaningful, engaging day 🤍

Today was all about colour, creativity and connection with our wonderful support worker Jhi 🌈 The table was covered in beads, big ideas and plenty of laughs as everyone designed their own unique jewellery.

There’s something special about watching confidence grow while friendships form and creativity shines. A little bit of focus, a lot of fun and some excellent teamwork 😊

🩵Accomplished Choice Solutions is hiring fun, energetic support workers in the Wallsend area! 🩵

About you:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.
- Certifications: NDIS WC, Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Other Requirements: Valid P2 driver’s license OR full drivers license and reliable transportation may be required depending on the role and location.

- The role may involve working in clients' homes, community settings, or SIL facilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
- Be part of a dedicated and compassionate team committed to excellence in care

Hey everyone! 👋

I just wanted to let you know that we currently have spots available in our group programs at Accomplished Choice Solutions (ACS), and we’d love to have you or someone you support come along!

Our group programs are all about connection, confidence, fun and skill-building. Whether you're into getting creative, trying new activities, or just want a safe and social space to hang out—there's something here for everyone.

Here’s a bit of what we’ve got going on this month:

🎨 Arts & crafts – a great way to relax, get creative, and express yourself
🧵 Sewing & hands-on projects – learn simple skills like sewing buttons, fixing clothes, or making something cool
🎱 Billiards, puzzles & games – fun, low-pressure ways to build focus and friendships
🍳 Cooking classes – from chopping and mixing to learning healthy recipes, it’s all about building independence
💪 Health & fitness – join in on light workouts, stretching, or guided activities that suit all levels
🥾 Nature walks – perfect for getting out, moving, and clearing the mind
🦋 Life skills & self-development – boosting confidence, learning routines, and setting personal goals
🏓 Table tennis & more – for a bit of friendly competition and lots of laughs!

Everything we do is person-centred and designed to support your goals—whether that’s building independence, improving communication, or just getting more involved in your community.

We’re based in a really welcoming space, and transport can be arranged too.
