Smoothies are a delicious, convenient way to get in your fruits! This is my favourite smoothie bowl recipe featuring doTERRA Lime oil!

Ingredients:
300 grams frozen raspberries
158 ml coconut milk
1 frozen banana
2-3 drops Lime oil
15 grams chia seeds
Shredded coconut
Shaved dark chocolate

Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine frozen fruit, coconut milk, chia seeds, and Lime oil.
2. Puree until mixture is smooth.
3. Pour mixture into bowl and top with shredded coconut, shaved dark chocolate and any other desired toppings.

Today is National Hot Tea Drinking Day! I love a good cup of tea. Check out this Chai Tea recipe!

Ingredients:
250 ml milk of choice
20 grams honey
5 ml vanilla
1 toothpick swirl of Cinnamon
1 toothpick swirl of Clove

Heat milk and honey on stove over medium heat.
Add in vanilla.
When heated, add essential oils after frothing.

Ready for a delicious tea recipe? This coconut milk tea is all about the Turmeric oil, which gives it a surprisingly subtle herbal flavor.
Ingredients:

250 ml coconut milk
250 ml water
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon butter (or ghee)
1–2 drops Turmeric oil
Turmeric spice for garnish

Instructions:

Heat coconut milk and water in a saucepan on low for three to four minutes.
Add butter, honey, and Turmeric essential oil and stir until butter melts and ingredients combine.
Pour into mugs and add a pinch of turmeric powder as an optional garnish. Serve hot.

Bring a little extra love to your holiday gifts this season! With the aroma of Holiday Joy, your gifts will smell inviting and festive under the tree.

• Materials Needed:
• Cotton ball
• Paper bag
• Holiday Joy (or your favourite doTERRA oil or blend)

Instructions:
1. Place two to four drops on a cotton ball.
2. Place the cotton ball inside the bag with the cards and wrapping paper.
3. Seal the bag and let sit overnight.
