We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to supervise a domiciliary care run in the Walsall area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic who is confident in leading and supporting a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and leading a team of approximately 4 care staff
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the care “run”
Supporting staff performance and completing competency assessments
Participating in on-call duties on a rolling 7-week rota (including weekends)
Ensuring high standards of care are delivered at all times
