Friends and family, please can you help us spread the word.

We currently have a vacancy for Night Senior Carers here at Alexia Court.

This role is vital in supporting our residents, leading the care team, overseeing high-quality resident care, and ensuring medication is administered safely and in line with best practice. You will play a key role in maintaining standards, supporting colleagues, and ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night.

🐣 Easter Celebrations at Our Care Home

We have had a lot of Easter fun .

Our residents and guests have enjoyed a wonderful week of activities, including:
-A visit from our friendly farm on wheel Stella with lots of animals to enjoy.
-Live singing and music from our singer Jackie to lift everyone’s spirits for Easter celebrations.
-An exciting raffle with lovely prizes.(congratulations to our winners)
-Delicious homemade Easter biscuits for everyone to enjoy.

It’s a great opportunity to come together, celebrate the season, and create special memories with our residents, families, and community.(Lily activities coordinator).

Our Easter celebrations kick off tomorrow with a special visit from Farm on Wheels! 🐑🐐🐓 We can’t wait to welcome some lovely animal friends for everyone to enjoy.

⏰ Celebrations begin at 11am
💛 Family members are more than welcome to join us – we’d love to see you there!

🚗 Important notice: Could we kindly ask that the car park is left clear from 10:30am to allow the animal trailer to arrive and park safely.

Our Easter raffle will be on sale throughout the morning and the winners will be drawn by the Residents early afternoon.

We’re excited to share that our residents will soon be enjoying a special visit from a Farm on Wheels on the 3rd of April!

This wonderful experience brings the joy of the countryside right to our home, offering residents the chance to interact with friendly animals and enjoy the many benefits of animal therapy.

🌸 A Special Mother’s Day Celebration

Friday we were delighted to welcome a wonderful live singer Matt clay to our home to help us celebrate Mother’s Day with our residents and their families. The performance brought smiles, singing, and plenty of special memories as everyone enjoyed some classic favourites together.

Music has a beautiful way of bringing people together, and today’s performance created a truly joyful atmosphere throughout the home. Our residents loved tapping along, singing with friends, and celebrating such a meaningful day.

A big thank you to our fantastic singer for making the afternoon so special and helping us celebrate all the amazing mothers, grandmothers, and mother figures in our community . Lily(activities coordinator)
