Friends and family, as we come to the end of the year, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on what has been a truly significant year us here at Alexia Court.
Earlier in the year, Alexia Court proudly came under the Navigation Care banner, marking the start of a new chapter for our home. Since then, there has been extensive refurbishment and renovation, with improvements made right across the building to enhance the environment for everyone who lives and works here.
Alongside this, we have introduced a new name, new signage, and begun rolling out new technologies to support both care delivery and day-to-day life within the home.
Our activities programme has continued to go from strength to strength. Kayliegh has done a fantastic job leading this, supported by a committed and enthusiastic team, ensuring residents have remained engaged, active, and well supported.
Like any year, this one has brought change. We have welcomed new residents and new colleagues into the Alexia Court family, and we have also said goodbye to some team members and to residents who are sadly no longer living with us. Each of these moments has shaped our year and reminded us of the importance of compassion, continuity, and community.
Christmas was a lovely time at Alexia Court, filled with warmth, togetherness, and festive cheer, a fitting way to close a year of progress and transition.
Thank you to our residents, families, staff, and partners for your continued support. We are proud of how far Alexia Court has come and excited about what lies ahead.
Hereās to continued growth, improvement, and positivity.
Bring on 2026. Sarah (General Manager)
