We have some wonderful news to share. Our home has been named as a finalist in the first ever national Neurological and Complex Care Awards which recognise and celebrate excellence in neurological and complex care.
To be selected as a finalist in the Best Neurological Care Provider category, judges were looking for services which display exceptional innovation in neuro-rehabilitation, resulting in improved resident outcomes and satisfaction. A commitment to high standards of care and safety, along with a track record of continuous improvement and staff development were also key.
We’re incredibly proud of our 1SC team who all pride themselves on putting our residents first. Every interaction they have forms part of someone’s recovery, and they remain dedicated to always empowering each individual to meet their personal goals with positivity and determination.
We’d like to say a huge thank you to our incredible residents, families and team and we can’t wait to find out if we’re overall winners at the awards night in September!
