Prolonged poor posture often leads to:
❌ Neck and shoulder tension
❌ Lower back pain

Here are a few simple posture tips we recommend:
✔ Keep your feet flat on the floor
✔ Adjust your screen so it's at eye level
✔ Keyboard and Mouse: keep elbows at 90 – 100° and close to your sides
✔ Stand or stretch every 30 – 60 minutes

Consider getting a sports massage to alleviate the symptoms.
